As part of our client’s vision to revive the fortunes of Charlotte Square we have created a contemporary Grade A working environment through the sensitive transformation of the townhouse which required comprehensive restoration and upgrade.

Our high-quality design and material choices, positively engage with the architectural heritage of the townhouse.  A circulation route from the front to the back of the building has been reinstated with secondary access in the building now provided from the lower ground front courtyard.  Contrasting with the original building, the addition of a sleek modern auditorium provides an interesting and engaging gathering and meeting space.  We extended the rear of the townhouse with a new 5 storey stone clad outshoot, installed lifts, more generous wellbeing facilities, and improved circulation to provide better accessibility.

Repair and reinstatement of period features with high quality finishes and a colour plate of deep blues, charcoal and stone connects the office spaces creating a contemporary and elegant interior.
