Behind the buildings replica Georgian frontage we have created a contemporary office space with a bold modern aesthetic bringing the ‘wow’ factor, whilst designing compliant solutions to the existing uncompliant built elements making it a safer, more welcoming and functional building in which tenants can thrive.

We were inspired to bring some honesty back to the building by exposing its concrete frame.  The combination of new full height windows to the rear of the building and the removal of suspended ceiling tiles, completely transforms the light and character of the floorplate throughout.  Along with the introduction of sleek new exposed black painted services, the atmosphere of the space is radically improved.

New roof terraces, formed by cut-outs in the slate roof pitches at 4th and 5th floors provide valuable external amenity with incredible views to Edinburgh Castle to the South and Fife to the North.
