Project: Refurbishment, internal remodelling, and Cat B fit out
NIA: 31,780 sq ft
Client: Castleforge
Completed in March 2020, this project involves the refurbishment of vacated office, restaurant and bar space in these Category A listed buildings at Commercial Quay, Leith. As lead architect and interior designer for the scheme, we have repurposed these former bonded warehouses and gunpowder store to provide 60 private offices and 12 co-working desks along with hot-desking space. With an emphasis on developing a forward-thinking and contemporary working environment, with exemplary wellbeing member facilities, the scheme delivers exceptionally flexible office space, with a relaxed vibe and de-furbished aesthetic exposing and complimenting the character of the historic bones of these buildings.
