Tailor Made Suites, Glasgow

This project of the the last two unoccupied floors of the Garment Factory, was fitted out to form, Tailor Made Suites, our clients enlightened vision of creating rentable ‘plug and play’ office space for a growing demand for rentable office spaces of between 500-1300 sq ft in central Glasgow. The success of Category B listed Garment Factory and its strong aesthetic identity was built upon to inspire the final look and feel of these spaces. The project consists of 12 rentable office spaces, 5 meeting rooms, 3 phone booths, 2 tea preps and a generous multipurpose break out space. A connection was made to link this space with the wellbeing facilities of the award winning Garment Factory. Despite a global pandemic affecting working patterns at the time of completion, these spaces were all fully let.
